This is an intermediate page on our own site which leads you to a secure server at UKBookWorld where we have in place a dummy book called 'ABfaR_DUMMY_RECORD' (and at a dummy price, please ignore it!), just so that you can use their ordering process.

When you arrive, click on the 'next >>' button (bottom right) and complete your personal and card details. A reminder of what card details we need is on the Terms of sale page.

Please identify the purchase you are really making in the Comments field and, where you have been given a choice, your selected method of shipping.
