Postage and packing is charged
extra at cost. Our defaults are
the cheapest trackable by Royal Mail

class up to 1kg, 1st class above
that weight or Special Delivery
Europe
- by Airmail 'signed for' (which
is almost the same
cost as Surface mail, in a few cases
is cheaper, and much quicker)
Rest
of the world - by Surface mail
'signed for'
...in
each case, unless you specify otherwise
in your order.
Consolidation: In the
case of orders for multiple books
we will ship as one parcel where
weight limits and size limits allow.
'Printed Papers' rate allows parcels
of books up to 5kg to be sent to
most overseas destinations (Canada
and Cambodia excepted, max.
2kg)
Packing: All books are
packed in purpose made book boxes
or, for large multiple orders, in
double wall cardboard boxes. Occasionally
for cheaper or very slim books we
use Jiffy/Bubble bags.
General: The cost of shipping varies with
the weight of the total order and
the destination so we can't, in fairness,
build in a fixed shipping cost. We
will add the cost of shipping, including a small
amount for the cost of packing, and
will email you with the total
cost on despatch. Where we are sending to a corporate,
institutional or other multi-occupancy
address, where payment has been
made by a method which obscures
the origin or where we are unable
to otherwise confirm the delivery
address we will add the cost of a 'signed
for' or tracked service.
