Would you buy a book from these people?

Sorry to look rather grim but were told not to smile, so as to be 'in character' for the period, apparently that of the late Victorian or Edwardian era.

This is not how we normally dress!  In 1992, the year of our 25th wedding anniversary, we toured the UK re-visiting places we had previously enjoyed. When we came across the period costume photographer's shop at Beamish Museum we thought we would commemorate the occasion. This photograph is the result.
